How To Order Guide (for 3D models and 3D Model Collections): NOTE: When you purchase our models, they will not bear the Flash Fire Designs logo. Step 1 - Browse the 3D model categories to view a model available in most PC/Mac/Linux 3D software. All Models Are "Royalty-Free" And Use A Simple "Standard License Agreement" unless stated otherwise on a product page. Step 2 - Click on a thumbnail image or text link to view the model you are interested in ordering. Or you may order the entire collection at a discounted price by clicking on the "Order this entire collection" button on the upper right corner of the model category thumbnail or text link page. Step 3 - Order the model or model collection directly from its page using one of three EASY and SECURE "click to order" buttons. Buttons lead to our Secure Order payment page hosted by RegSoft. Buttons on model pages appear as: 3D SOFTWARE FORMATS - You may choose from most popular 3D Formats on our SECURE order page. TEXTURE IMAGE FORMATS - For models which include textures, you may choose from TGA, JPG, or Mac Pict formats on our SECURE order page. 3D MODEL DELIVERY - We will e-mail a web download location for an Exe, Win-Zip, or MAC Stuff-it file. Orders are typically delivered in less then 24 hours. If you require SAME DAY RUSH DELIVERY, please select the Rush Delivery option on our Secure order page. All major Credit Cards accepted. Your card will be billed by RegSoft.Com our order processor. Just click the order by phone button found on any 3D model information page. Then our convenient phone order process allows you to place your order online without providing credit card details. The phone order process is as follows: 1 - Complete the secure order form with your order information, excluding your credit card information, and click 'Continue' on that page. 2 - Review your order and finalize it by clicking 'Submit' on the last page. 3 - We will provide you with an Order Reference Number as well as a phone number (Toll Free in the US) to call. 4 - Provide your credit card information to our operators over the phone and your order will be processed within minutes. This process minimizes mistakes and allows you to get your order more quickly, without requiring you to send your credit card details over the internet. Would you rather fax your order? Not a problem either! Just click the order by fax button found on any 3D model information page. Then our convenient fax order process allows you to place your order online without providing credit card details. The fax order process is as follows: 1 - Complete the secure order form with your order information, excluding your credit card information, and click 'Continue' on that page. 2 - Review your order and finalize it by clicking 'Submit' on the last page. 3 - We will provide you with a link to a pre-formatted fax page. Print that page, fill out the remaining information, specifically your credit card details, and fax it to the number provided (Toll Free in the US). 4 - Your order will then be processed and delivered to you by email. How To Order Guide: (For custom modeling, custom textures, model conversion) YOU ARE NEVER billed untill you are completely satisfied with your products appearance! Step 1 - Fill out a FREE price quote request form for any of our custom services. Services include: Custom Modeling, Custom Textures, Model Conversion Step 2 - An e-mail will be sent confirming we have recieved your request. We will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss your project as well as gather any reference/information needed. Once your project information has been reviewed, a FREE price quote will be e-mailed to you. When you are ready for us to begin your project, send us an e-mail or call us to let us know. For Custom Modeling and Custom Textures Proceed to Step 3 (A) For Model Conversion, Proceed to Step 3 (B) Step 3 (A) - While we're creating your project we'll e-mail a URL (web link) enabling you to view daily progress images showing any angle or detail that you feel is most important to your projects needs. This will help you guide us as well as insure your project is created to your exact specifications. Saving both your budget and your sanity. Proceed to Step 4. Step 3 (B) - Once your model has been converted to your software format we'll e-mail a URL (web link) enabling you to view images showing any angle/detail you request for the model. Alternatively you can also easily download a part of the model, allowing you to evaluate the results in your software of choice FREE! All before you make the payment for final conversion! Proceed to Step 4. Step 4 - By now we have formed the basis of a lasting working relationship! Weather brainstorming your project over the phone or through e-mail corespondence your project has been completed and created exactly to your specifications! Congratulations you've reached the final step! An e-mail will be sent confirming your project is complete. The e-mail will provide a URL (web link) to a personal SECURE credit card order payment page, which is hosted by RegSoft our order processing partner. This will allow you to pay for your project quickly and easily, using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or Eurocard. You may also use the SECURE web payment page to FAX your card order. Or order toll-free 24 hours a day to pay by credit card over the phone. If you've already paid by check or money order, you may download the product (a web download link will be e-mailed). Currencies we support include: U.S. Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Pound Sterling, Euro, Australian Dollar and Japanese Yen. DELIVERY FORMAT -Your product compressed as an Exe, Win-Zip, or MAC Stuff-it file, will be delivered via web download through the Flash Fire Web Site. Once we recieve confirmation of a product you ordered through our web site or your order for a custom service is complete, orders are typically delivered in less then 24 hours.
